This notice covers the information you send us through this website. The Petition Engine application has its own privacy policy and terms.

What we collect

When you request access we receive your firm name, your name, your work email, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, current petition software, firm size and any notes. Our hosting provider also records standard request logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site running and to stop abuse. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use the request to contact you about Petition Engine, to set up your firm's account if you go ahead, and to plan the import from your current software. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Where it is kept

Requests are stored in the Petition Engine database in the United States, with access limited to the people who respond to them. The site and application are hosted on Vercel.

How long we keep it

We keep a request only while we need it to follow up with you or to set up your account. Ask us and we will delete it.

To see, correct or delete what you sent us, email hello@petitionengine.com. California residents may exercise these rights under the CCPA, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
